RECIPE OF THE WORKSHOP


 - WORKSHOP  THE WINNERS -



Ingredients:
* 1 software www.trello.com
* 1 game of Concentrate (40 cards with photos and names)
* 1 semaphore colors (green, yellow, red)
* 2 videos subtitled in English
* 10 cards of Dominoes
* Post-it for the starfish
* Mini-Books Gift

Preparation:
Mix everything with love, organize time, encourage participation, run and evaluate the results.

Learning Outcomes:
* To learn the 10 concepts used in the quality management of SENA.
* To promote collaborative learning with games and songs.
* To develop psychomotor skills to assemble the dominoes

My reflections about our Workshop

For me, I think to design a remote Workshop is very difficult because everyone thinks differently,  however with the contribution of all were able to develop the planned activities.


It was an interesting experience to organize the workshop, control the exact time is not easy, because unexpected occur, such as video not loading, and we must have a plan B and even a plan C.

It is recommended that a preliminary test of the workshop, to calculate the time and material requirements, the participation of each member and to develop the script.

We forget to ask about the content of the feedback: about Quality of Education or about the methods used in the Workshop,  however retrospective starfish is adapted to any topic.

My reflections on the Teaching Practice Plan


Building the Teaching Practice Plan was an enriching experience for me, because it allowed me:
Design step by step guidance of a topic,
Select teaching methods
Distribute rightly times
Advise my students
Correctly evaluate the process
Achieve the expected results (knowledge, skills, attitudes)

In addition, I became stronger in the use of new collaborative tools: Cmaps, Trello, google docs, floorplaner, indesign, slideshare, among others.

And most importantly, develop myself and my students research skills, learning to learn.
